TACO DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Enjoy Life Sea Salt Lentil Chips
  • 8 oz (vegan) Cream Cheese
  • ⅓ cup plain & unsweetened (dairy-free) yogurt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ -1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 fresh lime
  • (vegan) cheddar cheese shreds
  • shredded lettuce
  • diced red onion
  • diced yellow pepper
  • diced tomato
  • sliced black olives
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Dice onion, pepper, & tomato.
  2. Add cream cheese, yogurt, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, & fresh lime to a bowl and mix.
  3. Add mixture to an 8 x 8 glass baking dish.
  4. Add a layers of cheddar cheese shreds, lettuce, red onion, yellow pepper, tomato, & black olives.
  5. Top it off with fresh cilantro.
  6. Pair with Enjoy Life Sea Salt Lentil Chips
