Inside Sales Representative
The primary function of the Inside Sales Representative is to solicit orders for the product portfolio of Enjoy Life Foods via telephone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present and solicit Enjoy Life products and programs to independent retail and new channel customers.
Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders electronically.
Communicate applicable sales information to Enjoy Life Sales Managers, Territory Managers, sales brokers and distributors.
Record and report customer names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
Adjust sales presentations to target the needs and interests of specific individuals on an ongoing basis.
Compile and present marketplace findings back to management at Enjoy Life Foods.

Key Account Manager, Western Region
The Key Account Manager, Western Region will be responsible for managing and developing the retail and distribution customer base for Enjoy Life Foods in the western US. Preferable locations for this position will be in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix or Denver. The Key Account Manager will have responsibility for the entire portfolio of Enjoy Life products. This newly created position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build annual customer plans for assigned customers in the Western Region.
Identify new business opportunities for product distribution in both existing and new channels.
Develop trade spending strategy to maximize ROI and drive topline sales while following company spending guidelines and policies.
Build and develop customer relationships that establish Enjoy Life Foods as a trusted and highly valued business partner.
Partner with sales brokers and distributors across the Western Region to increase sales and distribution with retail customer base.
Provide direction and support to the Enjoy Life Foods Territory Manager in the Western Region with the objective of driving sales and profitability from the corporate buying offices to the store level.
Identify competitive forces in the marketplace and create plans to address available opportunities.
Compile and present marketplace findings back to management at Enjoy Life Foods.
Represent Enjoy Life Foods at national, regional and local tradeshows.
REQUIREMENTS:

California Territory Manager - Merchandiser
The California Territory Manager Merchandiser is an entry level position responsible for servicing company products through established retail accounts in both Northern and Southern California. You will also be responsible for increasing brand awareness by scheduling promotions at appropriate consumer events within the territory and by working with sales brokers within the territory to coordinate store demos. Success will be measured by sales increases within the assigned territory. This position is a first step into specialty sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandising duties will include placement of racking and signage within established retail accounts and checking for correct signage and counter labeling.
Foster positive interactions with store personnel through strong relationship building tactics.
Manages own schedule to plan and coordinate service calls according to store needs.
Seeks out and schedule consumer events within the assigned territory to build brand awareness and increase market share.
Work with brokers within territory to coordinate in-store demos.
Prepares weekly reports detailing activity within the territory.
35% travel (away from home city) is required.

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be based in our Schiller Park, IL office. This person will be a member of a 4-person marketing department reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Marketing Manager will be involved with all aspects of consumer and trade marketing, and will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the overall brand strategy for the company

Build and maintain annual Consumer Outreach program
Manage and attend all consumer shows, events, walks, product giveaways, and raffles.

Work closely with SEO agency on driving traffic to various online properties.
Provide analysis on all online marketing efforts on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Develop and procure branded giveaways for various consumer events.
Develop, execute and manage Brand Ambassador program.
Provide creative input in all aspects of Enjoy Life marketing efforts.
