ingredients:
1 box Enjoy Life Snickerdoodle cookies
3 large marshmallows
1 Enjoy Life boom CHOCO boom chocolate bar (rice milk or dark chocolate)
directions:
Cut the marshmallows in half, so you have a total of six pieces. Set aside.
Break the chocolate bar into four sections. Then break each section in half for a total of eight pieces. Set aside.
Slightly flatten two Snickerdoodle cookies. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut out your “sweetheart cookie”. Place one piece of chocolate in center.
Slightly flatten a marshmallow piece and place it on top of the chocolate. Cover with remaining cookie. Assemble more s’mores with remaining ingredients.
Place s’mores on a microwavable plate. Microwave for 10-20 seconds or until the chocolate starts to melt and the marshmallow softens.
Remove and enjoy!
Yield: 6 S’mores

I am from Canada. I am not familiar with these brands, where can I purchase these?
Who knew you could do so many things with mmahsrallows!!Oh, and I totally agree with you about the homemade mmahsrallows. They looks SO cute but is it really worth the time when you can buy a huge bag for $1?? I did create the look of homemade mmahsrallows by using mini cookie cutters to cut shapes out of large mmahsrallows. They looked great and I got lots of compliments!! You might want to give that a try instead! Andrea @ Simple Organized Living s last blog .. [] Reply:September 3rd, 2010 at 10:57 pmSneaky yet very clever idea Andrea!! The kids would love that too anything in a shape & they’re super happy:)[]
Brilliance! Although, given my salt tooth, I might be tempted to roll the mirahses in more crushed pretzels instead of graham crackers. I have a few extra-salty pretzels in the pantry that would be awesome.
I love that site! And as weird as it sounds, I’ll bet chcoolate dipped bacon is good! I had just heard about chicken-fried bacon last week… may have to try that this weekend!
