I have a blog, but not a Pinterest. The recipe I would like to submit is an old post on my blog. Can I just send you a link to that post, which includes the ingredients, instructions, and a photo, or should I retype the recipe in Word and send it and the photo as attachments through my email?
Sounds fun! Are we allowed to submit more than one recipe? Thanks!
Is coconut flour gluten free?
Hi Tawny! Yes, coconut flour is gluten free, but is technically a tree nut as defined by the government (although, the percentage of people with any allergy and an additional coconut allergy is an extremely small percentage).
Although if you only need to be gluten free, then use away! Coconut flour is wonderful and adds a lot of great moisture to baked goods. Have fun!
