Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I love gnocchi and have missed it since going gluten, dairy, corn and potato free. I will definitely be making these for dinner...this week, if not tomorrow!

Do you have a white chocolate bar or chips? I am sensitive to anything with cocoa sadly. I buy the white chocolate with dairy milk occasionally because I'm lactose intolerant. I can't wait to try this recipe for my son who has dairy and nut allergies. He has never enjoyed a peanut butter cup!

I would say teaspoon. That would be the most logical measurement. Certainly not 1/4 cup or 1/4 tablespoon..no it has to be 1/4 teaspoon.

The night before easter I posted when it seemed like these weren't turning out. After our festivities I checked them last night and they have finally set up! They are soft to bite into and pretty tasty! Softer than a tootsie roll but sort of the same texture. They're slightly shiny so pretty to look at. Next year I will make sure to make them a few days earlier and they should be fine. I am still looking for a way to make more of a milk chocolate though. I want to use full fat coconut milk. Any suggestions? Thanks!
